Only French spirits are served in The Paris Club Bar, even classics such as Manhattan, Old Fashioned or Negroni are "frenchised" in The Paris Club.
The undisputed stars of the bar menu are the highballs - an almost forgotten drinks category that does not require a shaker at all. Prepared with exquisite ingredients, the short drinks are served in frozen glasses with ice cubes the size of golf balls.
